Focus on person-centered care and continuous improvement From the **Fundació Francesc d'Assís**, we seek to incorporate professionals to cover temporary positions at our residential center **Les Hortènsies**, for individuals with psychiatric disabilities located in Alella, dedicated to the comprehensive care of people with intellectual disabilities, behavioral disorders, and diverse support needs. Selected candidates will be responsible for providing direct care, accompaniment, and support in residents’ daily living activities, always working in coordination with the center’s interdisciplinary team. **Required Qualifications** ·Nursing Auxiliary Technician (TCAE) ·Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions ·Technician in Care for Dependent Persons (TAPSD) or equivalent in Socio-Healthcare ·Social Integration Technician **Profile Requirements** ·Previous experience will be valued in: . Supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, behavioral disorders, and in situations of vulnerability. ·Social skills, empathy, and ability to work collaboratively in a team. ·Residence near the center (Alella) will be considered favorably. **Employment Conditions** ·Contract: Temporary coverage for leave periods, with potential for continued employment at the center. ·Work schedule: **9\* positions at** 100% \* and **3\* positions at** 87%\* of full-time hours for the **morning shift**. **9\* positions at** 100%\* and **3\* positions at** 87%\* of full-time hours for the **evening shift**.
