A Bachelor’s degree in Social Education, Psychology, Pedagogy, or other higher education qualifications in the social field is mandatory. Part-time schedule of 15 hours (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.). Temporary contract to cover sick leave (until 07/31/2026\). Gross salary: 762\.50 € Direct attention to youth and their families: Implementation of the work plan, development of individualized materials, assessment and follow-up, tutoring and interviews, facilitation of assemblies, organization of services and various complementary and community-action activities. Network-based and coordinated work with educational centers, social services, and other local agents and resources. Volunteer team management: Welcoming and accompaniment, training and support, organization. Continuous improvement management: Participation in work-plan meetings. * Bachelor’s degree in Social Education or equivalent * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or equivalent * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy or equivalent * Competencies / knowledge: Additional training (desirable): Specific training in childhood, youth and family, in populations experiencing social exclusion, and in social intervention.
