Job Summary: Esport 3, part of the Sintagmia group, is seeking a physical activity monitor for seniors to design and lead adapted gymnastics sessions, promoting well-being. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are currently seeking **a physical activity monitor for older adults** for the Maria Víctor Municipal Sports Pavilion. **Responsibilities:** * Design and deliver **adapted gymnastics sessions for older adults**. * Adapt activities according to participants’ needs and ability levels. * Provide close and personalized interaction with service users. * Collect suggestions and proposals to improve sessions. * Plan sessions with attention to safety, equipment, and available space. * Promote participants’ engagement, motivation, and well-being. * Comply with the facility’s regulations and maintain rooms and equipment in good condition. * Understand participants’ needs and preferences, informing them about other available services and activities. * Record attendance and assist in evaluating user satisfaction. **Workplace:** Palau Solità i Plegamans – Maria Víctor Municipal Sports Pavilion. **Requirements:** * Accredited qualification in gymnastics or physical activity for older adults. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar activities. * Additional training is an asset. * Ability to adapt to internal procedures and service protocols. * ROPEC certification is mandatory. * **Candidates with disabilities are prioritized for this vacancy.** **Schedule:** * Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:15 AM – 11:15 AM * Start Date: 03/03/2026 **Contract Type:** * Fixed-term discontinuous contract (September – June season) **Salary:** * €16 gross/hour **How to Apply:** If you wish to join a team committed to people’s well-being and are passionate about adapted sports, **apply now via Indeed**!
