**What will you be able to do?**
Within the Finance Strategy \& Transformation team, we are seeking Senior Consultants to contribute to the development of our ambitious growth plan. You will have the opportunity to participate in transformation projects across various sectors, including: Telecommunications, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Energy, etc.
We primarily carry out projects involving the transformation plans of corporate functions within companies, focusing on Finance and Management Control, Procurement, and HR, providing support in transforming Integrated Planning processes (strategic, business, financial), analysis and scenario generation, predictive modeling, investment valuation, design and implementation of digital reporting models, analytical models, allocation/cost\-allocation models, among others.
You will join the team as a Senior Consultant. You will lead tasks as a project specialist, be responsible for coordinating the work of more junior team members within the project, and manage delivery timelines. At this level, excellence in deliverable quality, value added, client interaction and trust, and an overall view of the project status are essential.
**What do you need to know?**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Economics or Engineering/Higher Engineering
* 4–5 years of experience in financial, strategy, and transformation consulting, working on projects similar to those described above
* Previous experience in the Telecommunications, Automotive, Consumer Goods, and Energy sectors will be valued
* Knowledge of financial tools
* Interpersonal skills for people management and adapting to different environments
* Proven experience in project leadership and team management
* Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and autonomy
* Fluent English is required (minimum C1\). Other languages are an asset
* Advanced proficiency in office software, especially PowerPoint and Excel

BONSAI INTRODUCTION
From Nascor Formació, a human resources consulting and advisory service specialized in managing projects for public and private entities, we present our proposal to conduct a Bonsai Introduction Workshop, which will take place at your civic center during the time slots and dates agreed upon with us.
The workshop aims to introduce participants to the world of bonsai, teaching them the basic techniques of cultivation and maintenance of this millenary art. It is an activity designed both for people without prior experience and for enthusiasts who wish to deepen their knowledge, always within a practical and participatory environment.
