We are seeking a Direct and Indirect Purchasing Technician for our team in Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona). This role is key to ensuring efficient management of direct and indirect procurement, optimizing processes, and collaborating with strategic suppliers. If you have a background in fields such as Business Administration, Engineering, or similar, experience in procurement or supply chain, and are passionate about working in dynamic environments, we want to hear from you! What will be your main responsibilities? * Strategic management of service categories and participation in local and global tendering processes. * Identification, maintenance, and development of suppliers. * Preparation and negotiation of contracts with support from the Legal Department. * Implementation of operational improvements and cost-saving opportunities. * Processing purchase orders, maintaining databases, and reporting. * Management of general services across the company's two work sites. What do we require? * Degree in Business Administration, ADE, Industrial Engineering, or similar. * Experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain. * Languages: Spanish (native/advanced), English (advanced). Basic French will be valued. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (BC, SAP...). * Outstanding skills in: * Negotiation and communication. * Flexibility and dynamism. * Teamwork.
