**At weRfoods**, a historic group dedicated to the meat industry, we are seeking a **Deboning Section Manager** for **Natural Jamón**, our facility specializing in cured ham located in **La Canya (Girona)**. **Natural Jamón** is part of the weRfoods group and specializes in deboning, preparation, and marketing of cured ham, committed to product quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION? Lead and coordinate the **Deboning Section**, ensuring compliance with the production plan, quality and food safety standards, as well as proper team management—optimizing yields and guaranteeing the highest final product quality. Your main responsibilities will be: * Organize, coordinate, and supervise the daily work of the **Deboning Section** team. * Plan production and allocate tasks to ensure achievement of productivity, quality, and service objectives. * Supervise the cured ham deboning process, ensuring maximum utilization of cuts and minimizing yield loss. * Monitor section yields, analyzing productivity indicators and proposing actions for continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, traceability, and good manufacturing practice standards. * Coordinate resolution of production incidents in collaboration with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Production departments. * Train, support, and develop the team, fostering a safe, collaborative, and continuously improving work environment. * Guarantee compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations, as well as section order and cleanliness.
