Grifols Laboratories, S.A., a company specializing in research and development of hospital products—including parenteral solutions, enteral and parenteral nutrition diets, and specific blood bank products—requires a Sterilization Operator for its Production department. **Your Responsibilities** * Execute, control, and verify sterilization processes, ensuring compliance with procedures, manufacturing guidelines, and established quality standards. * Manage the automatic basket system (MECTRA), guaranteeing correct execution of production processes. * Verify, prior to each process, that calibrations, validations, and preventive maintenance are up to date. * Start, monitor, and control sterilization cycles, reviewing reports and entering corresponding data into SAP. * Perform cleaning tasks, equipment checks, and sampling valve changes according to current procedures. * Supervise proper operation of the MECTRA system: startup and shutdown, batch management, incident resolution, and alarm monitoring. * Provide support to the Dosing, Packaging, R\+D, and Validation departments during production tests or incidents. * Comply with work regulations (GMP, PNT, INS, BPL), as well as quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards. **Who You Are** To perform this role successfully, a candidate must be able to satisfactorily fulfill the responsibilities outlined.
