Main responsibilities: Invoicing and basic accounting management. Customer service (in-person, phone, and email). Handling incidents within property owners' associations. Preparation and distribution of meeting convocations and minutes. Administrative and coordination support to management. Mid-term, accompanying to meetings and active participation in community management. Requirements: Education in Administration, Accounting, or related field. Good level of Catalan and Spanish (spoken and written). Knowledge of office software and digital tools. Organizational skills, empathy, and customer orientation. Previous experience in property management or similar environments will be valued. Candidates over 25 years old will be preferred.
