From REIR we are looking for a monitor to join the social project "Dinem Junts" in Montornès, a service that provides lunch to high school students referred by social services and other agencies. The aim is to offer a reference space where young people feel heard, supported and motivated, contributing to their emotional well-being and personal development. • Supervision: Ensure a safe and orderly environment during lunch, guaranteeing compliance with service rules. • Facilitation: Organize activities that promote group cohesion, mutual respect, and positive coexistence. • Motivation: Encourage young people to actively participate in proposed activities, reinforcing their skills and positive attitudes. • Support: Provide emotional support and guidance to young people, helping them deal with personal or academic situations. • Coordination: Maintain fluent communication with social services and families, sharing relevant information about the young people's progress. • Planning: Prepare and schedule activities tailored to the needs and interests of the young people. • Connection: Establish trusting and close relationships with the young people, promoting an atmosphere of respect and understanding. * Experience: 1 year. • Leisure monitor qualification. • Previous experience working with youth at risk of social exclusion and vulnerability. • Ability to adapt and be flexible in diverse situations. • Good communication skills and empathy. * HIGHER VOCATIONAL TRAINING DEGREE * Competencies / knowledge: • Prior participation in socio-educational projects related to the social field. • Knowledge and experience with third-sector organizations. • Additional training in mediation, conflict resolution or facilitation. • Participation in socio-educational projects related. * Temporary employment contract (10 months) * Part-time (11 hours \- weekly working hours) * Other relevant information: We offer: \- Permanent discontinuous contract \- Duration: School year 2025\-2026 \- Weekly schedule: 11h \- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 14:30 to 16:30, plus 1 weekly coordination hour \- Salary according to the Catalan Social Action Collective Agreement
