Join the team of **Environmental Educators**, and **become part of the Maresme Integrated Waste Valorisation Centre**, a leading facility in waste management. Under the motto **“Recycling and Energy”**, it serves as a **European reference centre**, both in waste treatment and energy generation.* **Where will you work?** Maresme Integrated Waste Valorisation Centre (Carrer de la Teixidora, 83, 08302 Mataró (Barcelona)). * **What type of contract do we offer?** Fixed-term discontinuous contract. * **Salary:** €21,805.57 gross per year. * **What will your working hours and schedule be?** Immediate start until 22 June 2026. * You will work part-time (12 hours) from Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 13:30, varying according to scheduled visits. Occasionally, you will also work weekday afternoons and weekends. ### **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** Once you join our Education team, in the **Environmental Education area**, your challenges and responsibilities will include: * Raising awareness and **sensitizing visitors** about environmental issues related to waste and the importance of proper waste management and its impact on the environment. * Facilitating **visits and workshops** for different audiences, primarily school groups (primary, compulsory secondary education [ESO], baccalaureate, and vocational training cycles). * Ensuring a warm **welcome** and **farewell** for your **group**. * Distributing **evaluation questionnaires** to the group and assessing the activities carried out. * Providing support in **report writing**. * Communicating and managing incidents. * Attending **internal coordination meetings**.
