At **Grup Lantus**, we are seeking an **Area Manager for Residential Centers** to lead and supervise four residential centers in Catalonia, ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with the group’s quality standards.
What will your mission be?
You will be responsible for coordinating the overall management of four residential centers, supporting their executive teams to ensure achievement of clinical, economic, and organizational objectives, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in care for older adults.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support the management of the Directors of the four assigned centers.
* Guarantee clinical quality and resident and family satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with current regulations and internal group policies.
* Analyze management, occupancy, quality, and financial performance indicators, driving improvement plans.
* Coordinate the implementation of corporate projects and ensure process consistency across centers.
* Lead, motivate, and develop executive teams, fostering close, results-oriented leadership.
* Collaborate with various corporate departments (Human Resources, Quality, Operations, Administration, etc.) to ensure proper center operations.
* Conduct periodic visits to residential centers and follow up on established action plans.
Requirements
**Mandatory:**
* Proven experience as **Director of a Residential Center for Older Adults**, managing socio-healthcare facilities.
* Experience in team leadership and people management.
* Knowledge of regulations applicable to the residential care sector.
* Analytical ability, results orientation, and strategic vision.
* Willingness to travel regularly between centers in Catalonia.
* Valid driver’s license.
**Highly desirable:**
* Experience supervising multiple centers or performing regional coordination functions.
* University degree in Health Sciences, Social Work, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Postgraduate training in Management and Leadership of Socio-Healthcare Centers.
