




**The role:** Your main responsibility will be to provide personalized customer service via email, phone, and/or in person, paying special attention to customers’ requests or needs. On a day-to-day basis, you will support the management of individual and group reservations, ensuring the proper organization of each shift. You will promote and optimize sales of our services (upselling), offering customers the opportunity to fully enjoy the AIRE experience. Additionally, you will manage stock levels and place orders for reception supplies, such as bags, boxes, and stationery.
