We believe cycling fosters self-confidence, joy of life, and enables us to build strengthening connections among ourselves. ### **Our headquarters is in Girona** We enjoy a magnificent view of Rocacorba, and Els Àngels is one of our favorite lunchtime walks. **General Director – Girona Center** Job Description This is a full-time, on-site General Director position based in Girona at Eat Sleep Cycle. The General Director will oversee daily operations of the Cycling Hub, manage a team, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and drive business growth and sustainability initiatives. Essential Experience 1 At least 5 years of experience managing a bicycle shop or similar business. 2 Experience leading a team of at least 10 people. 3 Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory; Catalan is a plus. 4 A valid work permit in Spain is mandatory. 5 Love and passion for cycling, aligned with Eat Sleep Cycle’s values. Extras 1 Experience in the travel and tourism sector is valued. Responsibilities 1 Lead a team covering the bicycle shop, clothing store, and bicycle rental business. 2 Create and implement staff schedules, accounting for vacations and sick leave. 3 Deliver five-star customer service across all business areas. 4 Achieve sales targets for each business line. 5 Manage procurement related to each business line. 6 Manage supplier relationships and coordinate their visits.
