A well-established company in the horticulture sector is seeking a Sales Assistant for its flower market stall in Vilassar de Mar. Your main role will be to serve as the company’s visible representative at the Vilassar de Mar flower market stall, acting as a reference point and product specialist—particularly for all bagged products. OBJECTIVES \- Retain and strengthen relationships with existing customers. \- Promote brand awareness among all market visitors. \- Increase annual sales. \- Ensure smooth operation of the stall and delivery of high-quality customer service. FUNCTIONS Commercial area: \- Customer service and advisory support. \- Selling branded products. \- Stock control. \- Preparing quotations. \- Maintaining order and cleanliness at the stall. \- Document management. Please note that, due to business needs and evolution, responsibilities may change and be updated. As this is an SME, you may occasionally be required to perform tasks typically associated with junior positions. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Minimum requirements: Required knowledge: \- Knowledge of horticulture. \- Computer skills: o Microsoft Office suite. o Experience using CRM software. \- Languages: o Spanish. o Catalan. o English and French are advantageous. \- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for commuting to work. Experience: \- Minimum 6 months of public-facing customer service experience, preferably in retail.
