Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate to join an industrial Technical Office, responsible for preparing technical manuals, designs, and incident tracking, with direct contact with the workshop and manufacturing. Opportunity for a career development plan and review after six months Position located in Roda de Ter (Barcelona), at an industrial company with a small technical team of six people. We seek a candidate to join the Technical Office, with direct contact with the workshop and manufacturing. Main responsibilities include preparing and updating technical manuals for industrial machinery, designing pneumatic schematics, and preparing documentation for transportation and export. Incident tracking between work orders and the mechanical workshop will also be carried out, coordinating correct interpretation of drawings. A permanent contract is offered from the start, with a stable schedule from Monday to Friday (8:00–13:00 and 14:30–17:30\). Salary will be negotiated according to experience, with a review after six months and opportunity for a career development plan. Required qualifications include training in drafting, industrial or mechanical design, prior experience in a technical office (preferably in the metal sector), and proficiency in AutoCAD or Inventor for 3D design. Ability to interpret drawings and basic knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes are essential. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with the workshop are highly valued.
