We are seeking staff for the kitchen department: * **Season:** Immediate hiring at the end of September * **Schedule:** 40 hours per week. Flexible availability. * **Salary:** According to collective agreement. * **Languages:** Spanish/Catalan. * **Residence:** Preferably residing in the area. * **Responsibilities:** Preparation of menu items, personalized menus, control of goods reception. Development of menus, order processing, warehouse management, stock control. APPCC management and control, waste management. Verification of inventory and food quality. Preparation of various dishes assigned to their work area. Maintenance and cleaning of corresponding areas, as well as compliance with company hygiene regulations. * **Skills:** Must be organized, accustomed to working under pressure during peak times, capable of controlling dish presentation. Flexible and adaptable to the environment and team. Flexibility, technical skill, initiative, passion for service. Willingness to continue training. * + **Extra**: Ongoing training in service and its techniques. * **Experience:** 3 years as a cook. Knowledge of APPCC.
