Main Responsibilities * Conduct daily briefing sessions and ensure all relevant information is properly communicated to team members. * Manage and supervise all tasks performed by your staff to ensure the highest quality service and adherence to departmental standards. * Review, analyze, and suggest improvements to workflow and front desk procedures. * Analyze rate variance reports to ensure room revenue control, approve discounts and refunds. * Communicate with management on all matters related to guest services and hotel operations. * Ensure documentation of all guest-related issues using the logbook. * Sign off on shift handover documents and supervise shift change procedures. * Coordinate and communicate with other hotel departments as necessary regarding general administration and operational issues. * Maintain management presence at all times, assisting with handling guest needs and complaints efficiently and tactfully. * Regularly inspect front and back of house areas to verify cleanliness and organization. * Ensure frontline staff follow marketing techniques and maximize sales. * Verify billing instructions, monitor guest credit, and address any discrepancies. * Ensure compliance with hotel safety policies and procedures.
