In the first phase: 1\) Familiarization with facilities, machinery, and processes. 2\) Responsibility for ongoing and newly assigned projects. 3\) Responsible for the implementation and management of a comprehensive maintenance program. 4\) Coordinate with the rest of the maintenance team, suppliers, and other departments to resolve incidents, breakdowns, supplies, etc. In the second phase: 5\) Development of the Comprehensive Maintenance Management Program aimed at reducing costs and maximizing facility reliability. 6\) Assume responsibility for the factory's integrated maintenance department. 7\) Implementation of process improvement plans, new technologies, and automation projects. 8\) Reporting to management, become part of the technical team, advising on new projects, process improvements, and equipment development. **PROFILE:** Degree in Industrial Electronics and Automation Engineering or similar. 2 to 5 years of industrial experience. The candidate must demonstrate strong work ethic and learning ability. Skills in negotiation, organization, and supervision are required.
