**Assembly Operator for an automotive (motorcycle) company – start date: 24/08** We are seeking personnel for component handling and assembly tasks in the motorcycle sector. Responsibilities include assembling parts according to established protocols, verifying that final products meet quality standards, and adhering to workshop safety regulations. The selected candidate will join a production team, adapting to the production pace and collaborating to achieve daily operational goals. Attention to detail and strict adherence to technical specifications at each process stage are essential. Flexibility to switch production lines and initiative to resolve minor issues arising during assembly will be valued. This position is critical within the manufacturing chain, ensuring units are ready for distribution. Training or experience in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) is required, along with availability to start on the specified date. A minimum of two years’ experience in assembly work within the automotive sector is required. Possession of a metalworker’s card is mandatory—specifically, a 20-hour in-person training course. Knowledge of motorcycle mechanics is considered an asset. The minimum educational requirement is completion of primary education.
