We are looking for a fishmonger for a grocery store in the Maresme region. The main responsibilities include serving customers and preparing and cleaning fish: gutting, filleting, and cutting according to each customer's request. This also includes setting up and maintaining the display counter, monitoring product freshness and quality, and performing weighing, labeling, and packaging for sale. In addition, you will be responsible for managing stock, controlling shrinkage, and placing orders as needed. The contract is full-time, with 40 weekly hours scheduled from Monday to Sunday. Work shifts rotate between morning and afternoon, with working hours between 06:30 and 21:20, respecting legally mandated breaks.
