Positive work environment and opportunities for development At **CONSTRUCAST 2000**, a well-established construction company, we are looking for a **proactive and organized administrative assistant** to provide comprehensive office support. You will assist the **technical department, accounting, CAE, human resources, and management**, and serve as the primary point of contact with customers, suppliers, internal staff, and external management firms. **Your main responsibilities:** * **Customer and supplier liaison** (phone calls, emails, documentation). * **Sending, receiving, and filing documentation**: contracts, **PRL \- CAE**, invoices, certificates, etc. * Administrative support to the **technical department and accounting**. * Coordination with HR and external management firms: contract tracking, vacation scheduling, leave management, and other personnel-related procedures. * Support to management in organizing and monitoring daily tasks. **Requirements:** * Experience in administration (construction industry preferred). * Basic knowledge of **CAE (Coordination of Business Activities).** * Proficiency in Word, Excel, and email. * Organized, patient, solution-oriented, and strong communicator. * Fluency in Spanish and Catalan. **We offer:** * Permanent contract, full-time schedule (Monday to Friday, INTENSIVE FRIDAYS). * Immediate start. * Positive work environment and opportunities for development. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and merit.
