Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for selection, sorting, handling, packaging, and labeling of tomatoes and other vegetables, while maintaining order and cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Our history, evolution, and growth would not have been possible without our collaborators — dedicated and vital individuals who have accompanied us over the years and constitute our greatest asset and the driving force behind the company’s success. \- Selection and sorting of tomatoes and other vegetables in the warehouse. \- Handling, packaging, and labeling of products. \- Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the work area. \- Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Minimum 2 months’ experience. Prior experience in similar roles in horticultural and fruit warehouses (sorting, selection, handling, or packaging of fruits and vegetables). Basic knowledge of handling fresh products (especially tomatoes and seasonal vegetables). Ability to perform repetitive manual work and attention to detail (critical during quality-, size-, or ripeness-based sorting). Experience on production lines is valued. * Spanish (spoken and written Catalan-speaking region) * Competencies / Knowledge: Responsibility and commitment to task execution and schedule adherence. Attention to detail, especially in visual classification of products by quality. Manual dexterity and coordination to handle products quickly and carefully. Ability to work in a team and maintain good interpersonal relations in collaborative environments. Tolerance for physical labor (standing for extended periods, repetitive movements, warehouse environment). Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Temporary employment contract (4 months) * Full-time working hours * Monthly gross salary ranging from '1382' to '1500' * Additional relevant information: Working days from Monday to Saturday
