Position Summary: We are seeking two individuals to deliver digital training to women with disabilities in rural areas, facilitate group activities, and coordinate with local organizations. Job stability and a positive work environment We are looking for two people to join the “AutènTICques / AutenTICas” project, linked to Inserta Empleo – Fundación ONCE, aimed at providing digital training to women with disabilities in rural areas of Catalonia. What will you do? \- Deliver face-to-face digital skills training. \- Facilitate groups and recruit participants. \- Coordinate with town councils and social organizations. \- Monitor and mentor participants. \- Report activities to the project team. What are we looking for? \- A communicative, empathetic, and organized person. \- Ability to work autonomously and travel across the region. \- Motivation for social and educational work. \- Basic digital competencies and computer skills. Experience in training, group facilitation, social projects, or digital competencies will be valued. * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: \- Communicative, empathetic, and organized person \- Ability to work autonomously and travel across the region \- Motivation for social and educational work \- Basic digital competencies and computer skills \- Spoken and written Catalan and Spanish. * Availability of personal vehicle * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Part-time schedule (20 hours \- fixed and periodic discontinuous nature) * Additional relevant information: Contract: Permanent / project-linked; Working hours: Part-time; if full-time, gross salary would be €1,400; Schedule: Flexible according to training planning; Start date: Immediate; Benefits: Per diems · Mileage allowance · Travel expenses; Work area: Pineda de Mar \- Lloret de Mar and nearby comarcas
