We are looking for a candidate with at least a Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Occupational Risk Prevention and who is currently studying or has completed a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Program in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), capable of assuming some of the responsibilities of the PRL Coordinator. \- Promote compliance with current Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) regulations by ensuring the preparation and updating of all health and safety procedures, as well as their implementation within the company. \- Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of the Self-Protection Plan training program through monthly training sessions, including planning, execution, and record-keeping. \- Collaborate in drafting the annual PRL planning at the beginning of each year. \- Review and maintain the operational conditions of prevention systems, signage, and alarm systems to ensure their proper functioning. \- Conduct onboarding training for new employees regarding Article 19 and compliance with the Occupational Risk Prevention Law and internal company regulations. \- Collaborate in assessing occupational risks associated with facilities and workplaces, as well as psychosocial risks, and implement corresponding preventive or corrective measures, monitoring their implementation. \- Carry out and keep updated the coordination of business activities (CAU\-TWIND). \- Collaborate in coordinating and managing workplace accidents, incidents of violence/aggression, related records, and communication with the Workers’ Mutual Insurance Company and the company’s Human Resources Department. \- Support the Human Resources Department in planning and delivering PRL-related training for employees. \- Manage the company’s first-aid kits, emergency cabinets, and emergency boxes. \- Maintain up-to-date documentation posted on information bulletin boards. \- Conduct monthly personal protective equipment (PPE) inspections and collaborate in the procurement, control, and distribution of PPE. \- Collaborate in monitoring preventive and corrective measures * Minimum 6 months of experience. \- Prior experience in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) is desirable. \- Familiarity with legal obligations concerning occupational risk prevention. \- Knowledge of preventive and control measures that can be implemented to mitigate risks. \- Knowledge of accident investigation. \- Knowledge of methods and techniques for identifying and evaluating risks in the workplace. \- Ability to effectively communicate the importance of occupational risk prevention. * HIGHER VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION (FP) * Competencies / Knowledge: Flexibility and learning ability, Problem-solving, Organization, Commitment * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1683' to '1785' * Additional relevant information: Initial 6-month temporary contract with possibility of extension
