We are seeking Kitchen Assistants for our hotels located in Santa Susanna, Costa del Maresme. **Main duties and responsibilities:** Follow instructions and tasks assigned by your supervisor and report any incidents to them Prepare dishes according to technical specifications, ensuring required quality and presentation Create a list of depleted products and report it to the Station Chef Assist in dish preparation tasks, resolving any doubts or issues that may arise Comply with established quality standards Fully integrate food safety regulations, allergens, HACCP, etc., into daily work habits **Minimum requirements:** At least 2 years of prior experience in hotel kitchens Experience in working and setup in buffet-style hotels Experience in high-volume production kitchens Availability to work rotating shifts Knowledge of food safety will be valued **We offer:** Immediate incorporation Job stability within an expanding chain Initial training and professional development
