Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to optimize the availability and reliability of automated production lines in an industrial environment. Key Highlights: 1. Intervention in automated production lines and performance improvement. **Description:** ---------------- For our client—with 60 years of experience manufacturing advanced acoustic insulation solutions for the automotive, construction, and industrial sectors—we are looking to hire an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician for their production plant located in Montcada i Reixac. Work schedule consists of rotating shifts (M/T/N) Monday through Friday \+ a 4th rotating shift between M/N (6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM). The selected candidate will join the maintenance department and actively contribute to optimizing the availability and reliability of automated production lines, working with industrial processing machinery (presses, laminators, punch presses, automated lines, etc.). Main Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and installations. * Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electromechanical failures. * Intervene in automated production lines (feeders, conveyor systems, robotic or semi\-automated stations). * Interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation. * Adjust, assemble, and disassemble mechanical components. * Monitor proper operation of machines and equipment. * Record interventions in the GMAO system. * Propose improvements to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime. * Collaborate with production teams to minimize idle time. **Requirements:** --------------- Vocational Training Certificate at Intermediate or Advanced Level (FP2\) in: Industrial Maintenance / Electricity / Electronics / Industrial Mechatronics / Industrial Mechanics. Prior experience in industrial maintenance (experience in a production environment is advantageous). Essential technical knowledge: * Maintenance of industrial machinery and production lines. * Electromechanical repairs. * Interpretation of electrical schematics and drawings. * Industrial electrical systems (electrical panels, sensors, actuators). * Knowledge of industrial pneumatics (valves, cylinders, control operations). Computer Skills: * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience using GMAO systems.
