The ideal candidate must possess strong attention to detail, a solid sense of responsibility, and unwavering commitment to cleanliness, order, and hygiene throughout all hotel areas. This role is essential to maintaining the image and reputation of our establishments, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests. **Main Responsibilities and Tasks:** Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: * **Room cleaning and disinfection:** Perform thorough cleaning of assigned rooms, including changing linens (sheets, towels, etc.), emptying trash bins, vacuuming and mopping floors, dusting furniture, and cleaning bathrooms and showers. * **Maintaining order:** Ensure rooms are impeccably organized and presented according to company standards, paying attention to the placement of decorative elements and furniture. * **Restocking amenities:** Check and replenish complimentary items (soap, shampoo, shower gel, etc.), stationery supplies, and hotel information materials. * **Guest request handling:** Respond efficiently and courteously to special guest requests related to room cleaning or condition. * **Inventory control:** Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, reporting restocking needs to supervisors. * **Common area cleaning:** Assist in cleaning and organizing common hotel areas such as hallways, lobbies, staircases, and elevators, maintaining high hygiene standards. * **Incident identification and reporting:** Identify potential defects, malfunctions, or anomalies in rooms or common areas and immediately report them to the relevant department or supervisor. * **Regulatory compliance:** Strictly adhere to company-established hygiene, safety, and occupational health regulations, as well as those set by competent authorities. * **Team collaboration:** Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience. **What We Offer:** At ALEGRIA Group, we value our employees and offer a dynamic and professional work environment, opportunities for career development within the company, and a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
