We are actively seeking at least 3 operators with proven, solid experience of 2 years in component inspection and quality control, with experience in the automotive sector being especially valued. **Your Primary Mission:** You will be responsible for inspecting and controlling the quality of manufactured components, ensuring they meet the company's highest standards. Your attention to detail will be essential to guarantee excellence in every product. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years as an operator in production environments, preferably in the metal or automotive sector. * **Inspection Skills:** Exceptional ability to detect imperfections and perform component quality control. * **Agility and Multitasking:** For 2 selected profiles, high agility, capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain an efficient work pace on production lines comprising 4 machines. * **Problem Solving:** Ability to effectively identify and resolve issues. * **Adaptability:** Flexibility to adapt to varying work paces and incorporation of new tasks. * **Proactivity:** Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team's success. **Highly Valued Qualifications:** * Experience in machinery adjustment. * Experience performing reference changes on production lines. * Basic knowledge of machinery maintenance. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. * **Job Conditions:** * **Contract:** Through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency), with possibility of permanent employment. * **Shifts:** Starting with a rotating shift from Monday to Friday. * **Additional Availability:** Possibility of working the 4th shift (Saturdays and Sundays, 12 hours per day, plus Monday for 8 hours). * **Location:** San Cibrao das Viñas, Ourense.
