**Description:** ---------------- Bodegas Fundador is selecting staff for its Administration Department, specifically for the Management and Control Area. Main responsibilities will include, among others: **1\. Accounting and administrative management.** * Manage the Fixed Assets module in SAP, including recording acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and modifications. * Execute and validate monthly asset depreciation, ensuring correct accounting allocation. * Prepare monthly fixed asset reports, reconciling balances and analyzing significant variations. * Record and monitor accounting for new plantings and investment projects, ensuring cost traceability and proper capitalization. * Support the AP manager in supplier invoice accounting, manage issues, and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution. **2\. Management control and financial analysis.** * Perform analysis of management and cost accounting, including review of cost centers, projects, and operating margins. * Collaborate in preparing monthly financial reports after the accounting close, providing analysis and comments on variances. * Support planning and execution of monthly closing tasks, ensuring compliance with deadlines and integrity of accounting information. * Participate in budgeting processes by gathering information, validating data, and preparing supporting templates. **3\. Reporting and compliance.** * Prepare and update periodic monitoring reports on assets, expenses, investments, and environmental data. * Support the collection, validation, and communication of required environmental and sustainability indicators (ESG) as requested by the company or regulations. * Collaborate in internal and external audits by providing accounting documentation and explanations regarding transactions or balances. **4\. Continuous improvement and process support.** * Participate in the optimization of accounting and administrative processes, proposing improvements in SAP and reporting workflows. * Contribute to maintaining internal procedures and control manuals, ensuring consistency in accounting criteria. * Provide support to the Finance team in specific projects (automation, data integration, ad\-hoc analysis). **Requirements:** --------------- Academic background related to Business Administration or similar: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or in Finance and Accounting. * Dual Degree in Business Administration and Law, or in Business Administration and Finance and Accounting. * Valued: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, or similar. Experience in a similar position in a winery within the Jerez region. Knowledge of SAP. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. * Advanced level of English, C1 or equivalent.
