Based on the title held, perform specific duties for which it qualifies. Carry out functions established in Royal Decree 938/2014, of November 7, amending Royal Decree 973/2009, of June 12, regulating professional qualifications in Merchant Marine, authorizing its holder to serve on ships and activities specified under current regulations. Serve as first engineer officer on merchant vessels with propulsion power up to 1,100 kW.
