Execute specialized manual billing processes and economic adjustments for customers affected by incidents in the automated billing cycle, ensuring regulatory compliance and protecting customers from incorrect financial impacts. ### **Your Responsibilities Will Include** * Issue invoices using Manual Billing procedures. * Validate templates generated by RPA. * Manage KO cases of automation. * Execute billing cycle vs. MB reconciliations. * Analyze financial discrepancies. * Resolve out-of-schedule billing incidents. * Manage contracts at legal risk of non-billing. * Apply customer compensation procedures. * Document all actions performed. * Ensure traceability of operations ### **Requirements** * 2 years of experience in energy billing. * Administrative experience. * Mass contract management. ### **What We Offer You** * Join an established corporate group with national and international presence. * Indefinite contract. * 100% remote work mode. * Possibility of assignment to offices in Sevilla, Barcelona, or Madrid. * Excellent working environment.
