At Alier, we seek a technically skilled, customer-oriented individual eager to work directly within industrial production environments—helping our customers improve their efficiency, performance, and results. This position combines **engineering, technical consulting, and collaborative solution development**, serving as a critical liaison between the customer and the company. What will be your mission? To provide technical support to our industrial customers, identifying improvement opportunities, delivering value-added solutions, and contributing to the development of products and applications that generate tangible impact on their productivity and profitability. What will you do daily? * Conduct technical visits to customers’ production plants * Analyze processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance * Provide technical advisory services and specialized support * Participate in co-development and customization of products to meet customer needs * Manage technical projects related to applications and process improvements * Address technical complaints and follow up until resolution * Propose and conduct laboratory-scale tests to validate products both at Alier and at the customer’s site * Evaluate customer satisfaction and identify new collaboration opportunities * Deliver solutions generating tangible economic benefits for the customer **If your profile fits, what do we offer at Alier?** * A **stable position** within an established industrial company. * Technical role with real impact on industrial customers. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Training and mentoring to facilitate your integration. * **Working hours:** Split shift Monday to Thursday, with flexible start time between 7:30 and 9:00 AM and departure from 5:00 PM onward.
