Job Summary: We are seeking a technically skilled, customer-oriented professional for a key role combining engineering, technical consulting, and solution development in industrial environments. At Alier, we seek a technically skilled, customer-oriented individual eager to work directly within industrial production environments—helping our customers improve their efficiency, performance, and results. This position combines **engineering, technical consulting, and collaborative solution development**, serving as a critical liaison between the customer and the company. What will be your mission? To provide technical support to our industrial customers, identifying improvement opportunities, delivering value-added solutions, and contributing to the development of products and applications that generate tangible impact on their productivity and profitability. What will you do daily? * Conduct technical visits to customers’ production plants * Analyze processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance * Provide technical advisory services and specialized support * Participate in co-development and customization of products to meet customer needs * Manage technical projects related to applications and process improvements * Address technical complaints and follow up until resolution * Propose and conduct laboratory-scale tests to validate products both at Alier and at the customer’s site * Evaluate customer satisfaction and identify new collaboration opportunities * Deliver solutions generating tangible economic benefits for the customer **If your profile fits, what do we offer at Alier?** * A **stable position** within an established industrial company. * Technical role with real impact on industrial customers. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Training and mentoring to facilitate your integration. * **Working hours:** Split shift Monday to Thursday, with flexible start time between 7:30 and 9:00 AM and departure from 5:00 PM onward. Friday is a compressed workday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. * Possibility of **remote work** for 8 hours per week * **Salary:** To be determined based on candidate profile * **Benefits** that truly matter, including a pension plan and a flexible compensation plan (health insurance, meal card, transport card, childcare assistance) **What do you need to succeed in this role?** * Minimum 2 years of technical experience in industrial sectors. * University degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering. * Willingness and ability to travel * Advanced English proficiency is mandatory; Arabic or Turkish language skills are considered an asset. * Proficiency in Power BI; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus. * Organized, solution-oriented, and detail-focused individual. * Collaborative attitude and strong customer orientation *We believe in diversity and equal opportunity.
