




We are looking for a highly qualified professional to manage a high-volume production kitchen located in the heart of Seville, serving between 250 and 300 guests per service. You can learn more about us by visiting our website: www.arengalia.es **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen. * Communicate directly with the General Manager and Executive Chef. * Assign, organize, and lead the team in food production and preparation, closely supervising work and conveying company guidelines. * Prepare purchase orders and manage inventories. * Be responsible for controlling supply, preservation, and storage of goods, as well as maintenance of facilities and equipment. * Assist in training personnel under supervision. * Carry out food preparation, seasoning, and presentation using appropriate techniques, strictly following technical recipe specifications. * Collaborate in service setup by distributing tasks across stations and ensuring mise en place is complete. * Monitor and control the use of kitchen materials, reporting any issues promptly. * Supervise proper use of equipment and implementation of safety measures to prevent accidents. * Contribute to menu and menu card planning. * Control and optimize the storage and utilization of provided ingredients. * Supervise correct food handling practices in compliance with current regulations. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in high-volume kitchens and team leadership. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Culinary education from a hospitality school, attendance at culinary courses or gastronomic events. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Five working days per week. * Salary negotiable.
