**Urgent job opening**: Accountant (temporary contract) A **solid and established company located in Vic** urgently needs to hire an **Accountant** to provide temporary support to the Administration Department. **Role mission** Provide technical accounting support to the Administration Department for a temporary period, ensuring accurate execution of accounting tasks, month-end closings, and tax compliance, in direct coordination with the Finance Manager. **Main responsibilities** * General accounting. * Bank reconciliations. * Recording and reviewing depreciation and provisions. * Execution of monthly closings. * Accounting review of purchase, sales, and general expense invoices. * Preparation and filing of periodic tax returns (VAT, withholding taxes). * Preparation of annual financial statements. * Technical support during audits and in response to tax authority requirements. * Identification and correction of accounting discrepancies. **Candidate profile** We are seeking an **agile, efficient, and solution-oriented individual**, capable of relieving workload from the team and helping it catch up in a dynamic environment. Autonomy, technical rigor, and ability to respond immediately are especially valued.
