Key content: floor operations, cleaning, and customer service We are looking for a trainer to deliver vocational training aimed at a group of individuals at risk of social exclusion. The course objective is to professionally qualify participants so they can successfully perform the duties associated with this position and enhance their employability. The course must adopt a fully practical approach, and learners must acquire knowledge and skills according to the following structure: CONTENTS * The floor attendant in accommodations and their department The floor department The floor attendant * Performing supply, control, and inventory management tasks in the floor area Applying management procedures. Maintaining and restocking warehouse inventories. Setting up the cleaning trolley and the floor attendant’s trolley. Organizing the warehouse and the floor office. * Cleaning and preparing rooms, premium areas, and common areas in accommodations Equipment, machinery, tools, and utensils Cleaning products used Cleaning techniques Other preparation tasks * Applying safety, hygiene, and health regulations in the processes of preparing and setting up rooms, premium areas, and common areas * Customer service during floor cleaning operations in accommodations Customer types Protocols for responding to customer requests Customer complaints and claims Basic communication techniques * Applying basic protocol standards Protocol and personal presentation techniques Fundamental concepts Different protocol treatments Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
