We seek to welcome into our team a dynamic, organized individual with a genuine passion for hospitality—someone who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences and who also shows interest in the digital environment and online communication. Professional Profile * Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). * Prior experience in hotel reception or customer service (valued). * Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management. * Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills. * Proactive, solution-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail. * Ability to work efficiently in dynamic environments. Main Responsibilities * Providing personalized guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. * Managing reservations, handling telephone calls, and responding to emails. * Billing, collections, and other administrative tasks related to the position. * Supporting the hotel’s digital presence: creating and publishing social media content, assisting with online campaigns, and maintaining brand image. * Ensuring every interaction reflects the hotel’s quality, style, and identity.
