




Job Summary: We are seeking kitchen staff, ranging from kitchen helpers to cooks, for food preparation and handling, as well as general support in kitchen operations. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting the kitchen team and organizing the work area. 2. Preparing dishes, monitoring product quality, and collaborating with the chef. 3. Preparing basic preparations and assisting with plating. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Food preparation and handling. Supporting the kitchen team during service. Organizing and cleaning the work area. Receiving, storing, and preserving raw materials. Complying with hygiene and food safety regulations. Cleaning and restocking utensils, tableware, and equipment. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:** **COOK** Preparing complex dishes and preparations. Organizing stations and monitoring product quality. Collaborating with the chef and overseeing operational service. **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** Preparing basic preparations and assisting with plating. Collaborating with various kitchen stations. **KITCHEN HELPER** Cleaning the kitchen, utensils, and work areas. Assisting with basic preparation tasks and maintaining order. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** Training in cooking and catering (desirable). Food handler and allergen handling certificate. High-level or native proficiency in Spanish and Catalan; other languages are an asset. Teamwork ability. Flexible working hours. Responsible attitude. Driver's license.
