**Job Description:** As a Labor Relations Technician at ASAJA Málaga, you will be responsible for labor management both for the organization itself and for the companies managed by the Labor Department. This management includes employee onboarding and offboarding, social security registrations, payroll processing, as well as resolution of labor incidents and provision of labor advisory services. You will also support communication with official bodies and participate in internal communication initiatives related to regulatory changes and procedures. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Málaga. **Requirements** * Experience in corporate labor management (payroll processing, onboarding/offboarding, social security registrations, Delta reports, etc.) * Ability and experience advising companies on labor matters and resolving questions regarding labor regulations. * Academic background in Labor Relations, Law, Human Resources or a related field, along with the ability to work collaboratively, organize tasks, and adapt continuously to changing regulations. **Company Description:** ASAJA Málaga is an agricultural-sector association committed to livestock farmers and farmers who ensure the production of essential raw materials for society and the economy.
