General Responsibilities: * Perform basic kitchen preparations. * Carry out assigned culinary tasks. * Collaborate in buffet setup, service, and breakdown. Specific Responsibilities: * Design dishes and participate in their preparation. * Strictly comply with HACCP regulations at all times. * Strictly comply with allergen regulations at all times. * Collaborate with the restaurant team on specific requests and ad hoc diets. * Work collaboratively with the stewarding/purchasing team and front-of-house team. **Education/Training:** *Essential:* Knowledge acquired through professional practice equivalent to secondary school graduation or vocational training in culinary arts. Desirable: Knowledge of international, vegan, and vegetarian cuisines. **Experience:** *Essential:* One year of experience in a similar position. *Desirable:* Experience in the hospitality sector managing buffets, conventions, and high-volume guest requests.
