To identify the root cause of such incidents, you will often need to interact with other departments, suppliers, and experts around the world. * Organize the teams of technicians under your supervision. * Plan daily operations in alignment with established goals regarding deadlines, safety, and service quality for the customer. **What will make you succeed in this position?** * Hold an engineering degree. This is essential due to the high technical complexity of the role and the product. We will value specialization in fields related to electricity, electronics, telecommunications, etc., as such systems and equipment are fundamental components of our vehicles. * Prior experience in roles related to test management, deliveries, maintenance, and commissioning of complex equipment is valued but not mandatory.
