Reporting to the department head, we seek a colleague for the Payroll Technician position at our headquarters (Polígono Mas Blau; El Prat de Llobregat). **Your main responsibilities include:** * Drafting employment contracts for new hires. * Managing registrations, cancellations, and modifications with Social Security. * Handling social insurance through Siltra. * Preparing, disbursing, and accounting for payroll. * Compliance with IRPF legislation (Form 111). * Resolving labor-related inquiries (collective agreements and/or labor regulations) from stores. * Monthly reporting of departmental KPIs. **What we offer:** * Indefinite-term contract * Friday intensive schedule and 30% remote work * Flexible working hours * Fixed salary (€22,000 – €24,000) + variable bonus based on achieved objectives * Option to join flexible compensation (Restaurant Ticket, Transport Ticket, Nursery Ticket, Medical Insurance) * Birthday gift * Continuous training to support your ongoing growth with us At Conforama, we guarantee that our selection processes are free from discrimination based on nationality, ethnicity, gender, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation.
