At least four years of proven experience in semi-automatic welding—particularly on thin-gauge materials—is required, along with hands-on experience operating welding robots. Versatility in assembly and sheet metal fabrication tasks is essential; knowledge of complementary processes such as blasting, cutting, drilling, and painting is considered an advantage. A minimum educational qualification of primary education is required.
