At Acteco, a leading company in industrial waste management and valorization, we are seeking to hire a Recruitment and Development Technician for our Human Resources department. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the company’s recruitment processes, ensuring proper person\-job fit, as well as managing temporary staffing services and collaborating on internal talent development and training. **What We Offer:** * Stability at a company with over 25 years of experience in the industrial waste management sector. * Professional development within the People function. * Indefinite-term contract. * On-site position at the Ibi (Alicante) plant. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00 (with a 30-minute lunch break); Friday, 08:00–14:00. * Integration into a growing HR department, with technical career progression and participation in cross-functional projects. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Manage recruitment processes end-to-end: defining job profiles, publishing vacancies, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, conducting telephone, online, and in-person interviews, preparing reports, and communicating feedback to candidates. * Participate in job fairs and talent acquisition events; manage internship agreements with universities, vocational institutes, and training centers. * Coordinate and monitor onboarding processes (welcome and integration). * Manage and coordinate Temporary Employment Agencies (ETTs): requesting and tracking temporary profiles, monitoring hires, renewals, and contract terminations, reviewing and validating invoices, and tracking service KPIs and documentation compliance. * Manage the company’s Training Plan: identifying and monitoring training needs, coordinating with training providers, organizing and managing training activities, and archiving and digitizing training documentation. * Collaborate on talent development initiatives: updating organizational charts, onboarding manuals, and job descriptions; participating in performance evaluations; supporting career path planning and talent management initiatives. * Report to the Talent Manager. * **Requirements:** --------------- **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in personnel recruitment, managing full-cycle recruitment processes (experience managing ETTs is highly valued). * Master’s degree in Human Resources is desirable. * Knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques. * Proficiency in Office 365\. * Experience with ERP or HR software is a plus. * Strong time management skills, analytical ability, communication skills, people orientation, teamwork, proactivity and initiative, empathy, and assertiveness.
