The company primarily focuses on **excavations, earthmoving, and demolitions**, as well as **site preparation, foundations, paving, and assembly of structures and roofing**. Main Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of assigned construction projects, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, quality, and budget. Key responsibilities include: * Daily organization of on-site work and coordination of internal teams and subcontractors. * Supervision of work execution in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Control of materials, procurement orders, and on-site deliveries. * Monitoring of the construction schedule jointly with the Site Manager. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Resolution of technical issues arising during the execution phase. * Quality control of completed works and finishes. * Periodic reporting on project progress. Requirements * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager in building or civil engineering projects. * Solid knowledge of construction processes and project planning. * Leadership ability and experience managing on-site teams. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. * Technical education will be valued. * Basic proficiency in computer tools (Excel, scheduling software, etc.). * A proactive, organized, and results-oriented individual.
