Solid knowledge of baking and pastry-making is required, along with learning ability and commitment to high quality. The work environment is collaborative and positive, with special attention paid to gluten-free products. Both traditional and modern techniques are valued. **Responsibilities include all stages of production:** dough preparation, fermentation, baking, and finishing. Strict adherence to recipes and protocols is essential—especially for gluten-free production—to meet food quality and safety standards. Working hours are Tuesday to Saturday, morning shift, full-time. A permanent contract is offered to join a team dedicated to food craftsmanship.
