Stability, flexibility, and a tailored career plan within a leading company Location: Madrid, ES Professional Profile: IT Infrastructure Required Experience: More than 2 years of experience Position Type: Do you have experience in **advanced administration of IT systems and infrastructure**, and are you interested in working in complex technological environments? ️ We are looking for a **Senior Systems Administrator** to join a technical team managing **critical infrastructures**, with a focus on **virtualization, storage, Linux/Windows systems, and service continuity**. **What will you do?** --------------- * Administer and evolve **virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Proxmox, KVM)**. * Manage advanced environments: **VSAN, Fault Tolerance, distributed switches**. * Administer **SAN storage systems** (Fiber Channel, iSCSI). * Manage infrastructures from vendors such as **HP, Dell, NetApp**. * Administer **Windows Server** environments (Active Directory, DNS, CA). * Administer **Linux** systems (Red Hat, CentOS, Debian) and associated services (LDAP, DNS, IdM). * Manage and optimize **PostgreSQL databases** (and related solutions such as pgpool, pgd). * Administer **backup tools** (Veeam, Avamar, Networker). * Monitor systems using tools such as **Nagios or Zabbix**. * Manage **server clusters** in Linux and Windows environments. * Coordinate with **vendors and manufacturers** for support and maintenance. ‍ **What are we looking for?** ------------------ * Degree in **Engineering, Computer Science, or related field**. * Solid experience (ideally **+5 years**) in **IT systems administration**. * Advanced experience in **virtualization (VMware vSphere or similar)**. * Experience in **SAN storage management**. * Advanced knowledge of **Windows Server (2019/2022)**. * Experience in **Linux systems administration**. * Experience in **system backup and monitoring**. * Experience in **high-availability and clustering environments**. * **Desirable** * **VMware VCP** certification. * Experience with **Kubernetes or automation (Ansible)**. * Experience in **defense environments or critical infrastructures**. * Knowledge of specific storage tools (Brocade, HP 3PAR, NetApp).
