Quality control and documentary review **Number of Positions Available** ---------------------- 7 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specializing in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance activities in agriculture, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 7 Data Entry Clerks – Administrative Files of a Social Nature (Málaga) in Málaga. **Work Location** -------------------- * Málaga **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Data mechanization of files and documentation control for social subsidies. * Verification and validation of data previously entered into information systems. * Quality control of data entered into the information system. * Control and review, via checklist, of documentation associated with social subsidies. * Support for manual processes such as envelope stuffing, classification, or paper archiving. * Assistance in auxiliary tasks within non-administrative processes. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Applicants must substantiate compliance with the requirements by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the process): * Official academic qualification certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract enabling verification and certification of the required professional experience. * Internship annexes enabling verification and certification of the required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * You hold a Spanish Baccalaureate (BUP/COU), Vocational Training Level I (FPI) or Medium-Level Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM), Vocational Training Level II (FPII) or Higher-Level Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) (qualification officially recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities), or have substantial work or academic experience—or both—in this position (between 6 and 12 months). #### **Additional Training** * Knowledge in administration and management (such training must be documented upon submission of the application). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Demonstrable prior experience as a Data Entry Clerk (to be indicated in CV) (if such experience exists, supporting documentation justifying fulfillment—e.g., Employment Record or Functions Certificate—must be provided). * Valid Class B driving license. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Certified training of at least 2000 hours in Administration and Management (such training must be documented upon submission of the application). ### **Prior Experience** * From 1 day up to 2 years of experience in data entry tasks within the Integrated Social Services System (to be indicated in CV). * From 1 day up to 2 years of experience in public sector organizations (to be indicated in CV). * From 1 day up to 2 years of experience in data entry tasks for other types of files (to be indicated in CV). **Remarks** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 3 months, extendable up to a maximum total of 9 months, if applicable. + Full-time working schedule The application period will remain open from today, 28/01/2026, until 03/02/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
