Description

This position focuses on packaging and labeling operations for food products, a fundamental area within the agro-industrial sector. Daily activities will include handling products to prepare them in specified formats, ensuring each unit meets the required quality and presentation standards for subsequent distribution. Operating specialized machinery, such as labelers, is an essential part of the job, demanding attention to detail and strict adherence to operational procedures. This role is critical in the production chain, directly contributing to delivering products to the end consumer in optimal condition. The work environment is dynamic and follows a fixed schedule, enabling consistent personal planning. The position does not require extensive academic training but does demand responsibility and a practical approach to assigned tasks. Organizing workflow and performing basic maintenance of the packaging area are also among the responsibilities associated with this role. It is an operational function where efficiency and compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols are top priorities. Performance in this position directly impacts production line effectiveness and end-customer satisfaction. Therefore, the ability to work methodically and collaboratively within a team is highly valued. Working hours are 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday. Shifts may be scheduled during morning hours, either from 06:00 to 14:00 or from 07:00 to 15:00, or during afternoon hours, from 12:00 to 20:00. Specific employment terms and remuneration details will be provided during the selection process. The position is based in an industrial setting within the agri-food sector. A personal vehicle is required for commuting. Minimum educational requirement is Primary Education or Compulsory Secondary Education. Practical knowledge in the dispatch area is required. A minimum of one year of prior experience in similar or related positions involving packaging or logistics is mandatory.
