The Production Operator position is fundamental within the manufacturing environment of the food industry. Daily responsibilities include a series of operational activities that ensure the efficiency and quality of the production process. These tasks are performed in a dynamic environment where teamwork and attention to detail are essential values for the optimal functioning of the production line. The primary function consists of handling and packaging the final product, ensuring that each unit meets established standards prior to distribution. Another important duty is supplying raw materials to the production line, which involves organizing and maintaining order at the workstation. It must be ensured that necessary materials are available at the appropriate time to prevent interruptions in the manufacturing flow. This includes proper use of uniforms and personal protective equipment, as well as adherence to cleaning and disinfection protocols for work areas. The role operates under a rotating shift system, demanding adaptability and commitment to scheduled hours. The working schedule is full-time and follows a rotating shift system. An initial on-the-job training period is provided, accompanied by an employment contract effective from day one. Full availability to work rotating shifts—including morning, afternoon, and night shifts—is essential. Ownership of a personal vehicle is considered a positive factor to facilitate commuting to the workplace.
