Continuous Improvement Technician

**Mission:** Lead continuous improvement projects. Establish work methods and standards. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Report unsafe acts, conditions, and environmental risks observed in any area of the company. * Promote the Lean methodology. * Measure production processes. Control cycle times. Analyze operations. * Apply Lean tools such as VSM, 5S, TPM, SMED, etc. * Lead continuous improvement projects. * Develop work methods. Design tools. * Deliver training on Lean topics. * Solve problems. * Consider safety, environmental, and ergonomic aspects in work study. **Required Education:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Organization. **Experience:** 3 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in the industrial sector. Knowledge of project management. **Languages:** English B2 **Required Personal Skills:** Analytical ability, initiative, autonomy in work, and team leadership
